TrainAbout Quad Cities DFW

The Quad Cities DFW Foundation created a united partnership between the cities, school districts and the Chamber to further enhance the quality of life in these communities. This unity has strengthened the marketability of the area and has also made it easier for businesses and individuals to acquire information.

Now, corporate relocation professionals, real estate developers, companies and other organizations have a quick and efficient “one stop shop” for information on each of the cities, school districts and business community.

In addition to its strategic location as a major transportation center, the Quad Cities DFW offers some of the lowest tax rates in Dallas/Fort Worth and competitive tax abatement incentives.

Triple Freeport exemptions are offered in each of the Quad Cities.
